- Not for you? Free returns within 7 days of delivery
- Refunds issued the same day original seals are confirmed intact.
What is your return policy for all other products?

Generally you have 14 days after delivery to request a return.
- Made to Order items cannot be returned.
- Some items are final sale or have shorter return windows—please always check the product page description before ordering.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be in unused condition, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Opened and used beauty products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
How do I request a return?
Email lagrev@lagrevstore.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll send return instructions when your request is approved. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes. Final-sale items, made-to-order pieces, personal care or beauty products, and gift cards cannot be returned. Always check the product page for any non-returnable notices or contact us if unsure.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Contact lagrev@lagrevstore.com immediately with your order number, tracking info, and photos or other proof of the issue. We’ll promptly assist you in resolving the issue.
What if my item is undeliverable?
Neither LAGREV nor the designer/brand is responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other delivery issues outside our control. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
