Subscribe & Save Policy

When you subscribe, you agree to receive your selected product at the delivery interval you choose (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days). Your subscription renews automatically and continues until you pause or cancel.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled payment.

Once a payment has been processed, the order is final, non-refundable, and will be shipped as scheduled. To avoid being charged, please make any changes before your next billing date.

How Do I Skip or Reschedule a Charge?

You can manage everything inside the customer portal.

  • Each scheduled delivery has a “Skip payment” button next to it.
  • You can reschedule a charge by clicking the “Reschedule” button next to the delivery date.

Changes must be made before your upcoming billing date to apply to that order.

Can I Pause or Cancel a Subscription?

Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime in the customer portal.

The only exception is if your subscription plan requires a minimum number of payments before cancellation. In that case, cancellation will be available once the minimum commitment has been completed.

You can access the customer portal through:

  • The magic link sent in your original subscription confirmation email
  • Your customer account if you created one in the shop

What Happens If a Payment Can’t Be Processed?

If your payment fails, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to update your payment method.

Your subscription will resume once the payment information is successfully updated.

Manage Your Subscription

Inside your customer portal, you can:

  • Cancel your subscription
  • Pause your subscription
  • Skip a shipment
  • Reschedule a delivery
  • Change delivery frequency
  • Update your payment method
  • Update your shipping address

All updates must be made before your next billing date.

Membership Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your membership at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel before your next billing date.

Monthly Membership ($10/month)

If you cancel, your benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You’ll continue to enjoy your 20% savings and member access through that date.

Yearly Membership ($99/year)

Yearly memberships are billed upfront and remain active for the full 12 months. You can cancel anytime to prevent renewal, but payments already processed are non-refundable.

All payments are non-refundable once charged, though your access will always continue for the time you’ve paid for.
